Missing Reward Card

Hi

i have been unable to resolve issue with missing £100 Reward Card on my account

Last year on 20 Dec i took the deal from Broadband Genie giving £100 BT Reward card. It never appeared on my account and i phoned BT weeks ago and was promised it would be resolved

I have had no feedback from BT, checked today to see if resolved and there is still no reward card

I have tried to find email or raise a complaint to save dialing during high pressure time, but after 30 minutes of going in circles i have given up

Can any of the BT moderators on this site help ?

There was an offer running from the 13th December to the 22nd Dec 2019 for £80 from a number of affiliate sites. This was for superfast 1, but I cannot see one for £100.

If you say that you visited Claim your BT Reward Card  and could not see it, then

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
