Hi I have tried to get a new mobile of your website but it says I fail a credit check. The phone does not cost anything on 6gb plan and have been a customer for years.
I was on the 20gb plan previously and have just renewed my broadband and mobiles on 6/8/19. My phone has broken recently so thought I would get one of bt as means I will need to try to find money to but a new handset otherwise or stick it on my mastercard or visa.
I dont understand why I failed (I know contact equifax, I did my score is fine) and why is this needed when all it will do is add small amount to my preexisting held for years mobile plans?
