My Spam folder no longer appears on the folders list. This has happened in the last week.
Have BT changed something ? Is there a different destination folder for Spam emails ?
What device are you using to access your email account?
How to you access your email account. Is it with a web browser or an email client/app and if so which one?

Spam folder always been visible up until a few days ago.
Are you using a browser on the iPad or an email app? If it is a web browser you would be going to the BT email log on page then entering your username and password.
If it is an email app, which I suspect it will be, you would access it by clicking on the email app and not a web browser.
If it is an email app is it the one that came with the iPad or have you downloaded one from the Apple store such as the BTMail app and are using that?
EDIT: This post crossed with your post that you are using the Apple app.
You will need to log onto your BT email account using a web browser and check to see if the Spam folder is still showing there. If it is it would appear to be a problem with your Apple Mail app rather than the BT email system.
