New BT Internet Spam Folder

The new BT mail app is fine, except that about half of my normal emails are ending up in the Spam folder. Less than 10% of Spam folder content is actually even remotely spam. To crown it all, today the email from btcoms@info.bt.com "Your bill is ready" also ended up in Spam. What hope for anyone else? Marking emails as not spam does not seem to educate the algorithm and the method of logging safe email addresses is cumbersome - you have to copy each one individually. The workaround that I use every day is to select all the messages in the spam folder and using the More button, mark as not spam. It should not be that difficult!
