pon and power light is on solid not flashing
BT doesnt have our address listed so cant get broadband connected
Ourselves and BT have filled out forms with openreach but no luck what next to try?
Your best option would be to call the FTTP helpdesk, and see what they say.

Have the ONT serial number to hand when you ring.
Have phoned BT many times and filled out forms directly on openreach site directly still no luck after 2 weeks doesnt seem much else to do apart from wait?

Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.
ONT exists with no active service. A spare port is available. Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered.
Then the FTTP helpdesk should be able to assist with this.
