Microsoft/Office 365 on brand new PC - trying to set up Outlook with my BT Mail address/password - which definitely works on multiple devices ( and Web mail )n- also works with in-built Microsoft Mail on new PC.
Keep getting the pop-up requesting the password - enter the correct password but in continually fails.
Any ideas please on how to fix? Anyone else had the same problem?
BTW the Outlook is up-to-date version and works OK with my Hotmail address
