I’ve just noticed another firmware update has been released (SGAB204002) Has anybody tried it yet?

Im a little wary considering my discs have been rock solid since the last update a couple of weeks ago.

I installed the Premium Wholehome 3 pack plus 1 extra disk a week ago and its been working fine.

This morning at 8am it started a firmware upgrade (primary 3 disks are flashing purple) but connectivity has been lost to the extra disk (red). Is this normal to lose the extra disk connectivity? When/how will this extra disk get its firmware upgrade?

Its now 10:15am and nothing has changed, how long should the firmware upgrade take?

You can try rebooting the add-on disc to make sure it has a good connection to proceed with the upgrade.

Discs will automatically sync their firmware upon connection so it's not an issue if a disc is missed from the initial firmware update.

Many thanks for the response, I have restarted the extra disk but it has come back as disconnected (red) again.

How long should the firmware upgrade take? As all the other disks are still flashing purple and its now been going for at least 5 hours? and I guess started before I first saw it at 8am this morning.

It sounds like it has timed out when starting the upgrade. Can you reboot the discs and retry the upgrade?

Many thanks, 3 discs rebooted and now returned to blue.

Extra disc remained red, so applied factory reset and reconfigured and all good now.

My disks are stuck every time I try to upgrade I get the message there was a problem completing the firmware check. I have been trying the last month is there an issue
