New Router

Hello,

I recently upgraded to HALO 1 due to this being cheaper as I was out of contract. I was informed by the sales team within an EE shop (part of the BT company) that I would also receive a new router. 

My current router is a few years old and it has now been 2 months and no new router yet I have transferred to HALO 1

Has anyone else had the same issue with not being sent the router?

If the old one still works why change it, the new one won't be any better.

Was advised would be the newer smart hub which is better tech, currently have an old home hub!

Halo 2 comes with a Smart Hub 2 by default, Halo 1 has no new hub included.
Personally I have the Smart Hub 1, it works fine and I have the bands split, something the SH2 doesn't yet support.

Halo 2 customers get a Smarthub 2 if they do not already have one.

Halo 1 customers do not get a new hub if they already have a hub.

I am on Halo 1 and they sent me a Smart Hub 2. Rubbish though went back to my old router.
