Totally agree with all of this. I just checked my Amazon purchase which was November 2017 at £189 for the triple pack. It says 3 year warranty. I want to make a claim for my £189 and replace with the Google mesh who seems to have excellent reviews, and I know a guy who has them running perfectly. What chance do you give me if getting my £189 back from BT😆

David M. Please ask your whole home WiFi specialist how I can claim on the warranty, without spending pointless time on chat, email or phone attempting to fix a fundamentally flawed device.

Typical.  Just managed to update the firmware on the disc.  Took about 10 upgrade attempts.  Maybe someone flicked a switch in the back end 🙂   Keep persevering.  Fingers crossed the app works better now so I can set up the network

I'll give it one more try, but David I warn you if I get one glitch I am coming for that warranty.

With the updated firmware I managed to progress through the app so now have the network setup. Phew.  Keep trying Dooferdog!

Updated to firmware 1.02.08 and the discs set up. I am experiencing dropped signal on my Moto G6 plus phone however. Will have to see how it goes.

@DavidM Is there a date for when this early adopter firmware will be publicly released? Is the delay down to issues/bugs, seems to have been a long time in testing 3/4 months.
