New build fttp

I've just moved into a new build flat and been told by the developer that it has FTTP but when I check the service checker it says it's not available. I started an account with bt on the understanding that I could upgrade it to full fibre once it's set up but now they are saying all I can get is copper broadband.

I had the same issue when recently moving into a new property, I checked like you and it didn’t  show as available. I contacted BT and I was advised that due to the current situation with Covid-19 it has temporarily been removed from their website and they will not be offering it again until things get back to normal.
