Since the webmail system was upgraded I am unable to view my inbox.
Other folders will load, but the Inbox is always throwing this error irrespective of which browser is used.
Anyone having this problem, or get a solution please

I'm sorry that you're getting an error message when trying to view your Inbox since the update. Is this still an issue or have you managed to speak with a colleague?

No, the issue has not been resolved and the error keeps happening.
The inbox folder is big, +10GB might that be a cause? Other folders can be opened.

Clicking conversation mode in the view option fixed this for me.

I am getting the same issue with not being able to view my inbox contents since the recent change in Sep 2020.
I can see my other folder contents but not inbox... My inbox is also quite large [I think]
Any ideas as to fix the issue ?

Did you try as suggested in message in message 6. The "Conversation view" can be found by clicking on the "Change View" button at the right hand side. If you do try that you should only single click on conversation view, not double click.
