Sadly another user not had their fitbit code yet . I went live on the 8th Nov and understand you need to be live 14 days but gone past that now and sadly nothing yet.Can anyone help please?

Sorry that you haven't received the code to claim your gift. Did you check all the folders in your mailbox for the email containing the code?
If there is no sign of it and as the 14 days have passed send us over your details and we'll look into this for you from here.
