No signal

Hi.
I live in a 3 floor town house. I can get wifi signal on ground floor and first floor but none on second. I am hatd wired to my router with ps4 snatt tv and slovak tv so dont want to move router. Any suggestions please

I had something like this sent to me. But it said i had to move router and connect one to router and a mains plug.and i wouldnt have ps4 etc hard wired?

Your router should have spare ports, most have four ports, but if they are all in use then you would have to add an Ethernet switch.

Is it a BT Home hub that you are using?

You do not need to move the router.

That has four ports, so you should have at least one port spare.
