I have today just rejoined BT for broadband and landline.
I have tried to add call management functions to the landline but the BT website is defaulting to the account number I had 6 months ago.
How can I ensure my new account number is the default and can my ‘old’ account number be deleted?

The link you’ve provided is for a sales team and isn’t a “live chat”. The contact form on the webpage asks which device or plan I plan on purchasing. I only need my “MyBT” updated.
