I have just moved to BT from TalkTalk and I am trying to add the "Caller Display" service to my landline, It fails with the message:
"We can't continue this order online for you as you have recently placed an order with us that isn't complete yet. Once your current order is complete then you can place another order on BT.com".
The problem is I have no open orders that I am aware of and none are showing in My Orders. Can you look into this please.

When did your service become active, as it can take a few days for all tasks to be closed?
Are you on the BT Digital Voice service, or does your phone line still come in over a copper pair?
Eventually I had to call in and an old order which was hung in an open state was manually closed off by whoever took the call.
