I’m in a new build and open reach we’re out a few days ago installing the line etc, I think it’s an FTTP box, he told me the PON light would stop flashing within 24 hours but it’s been 3 days and it’s still flashing. The LOS isn’t on either. I’ve contacted BT and they said they can’t do anything until it stops flashing. Any ideas what to do???😭

The LOS light doesn't want to be on, LOS means Loss Of Signal and means the fibre is disconnected. Flashing PON means your service hasn't been activated.
