You cannot renew online, it has to be done over the phone. 0800 800 030.
If your contract is ending, your services will still continue on a rolling monthly contract, but you will lose any discounts.
I know. I cant get through. OVER 30 mins today yesterday day before. I am 85. Surely BT could extend the deadlibe as it isnot my fault. Been at current sddress for 3 years. Looked at my profile and cant fibd any reason. Sorry to rant
