Parental controls

Hi, I need to turn off my parental controls. I try on the app, but it just gives instructions but the instructions aren't right because the option of 'manage my extras' is not there.  Can anyone help please? I don't even know why they're on, as they weren't before.

You need to be logged in to MyBT as account holder rather than account manager.

When logged in to the app, select 'Your Products' > 'Broadband' > scroll down to 'BT Parental Controls'

Thank you for posting. If you follow the steps @licquorice has posted you should be able to turn off the Parental Controls.
