Phone calls unreliable after switching to btmobile

iPhone se worked fine before switch from o2. Now people cannot hear me often even though I can hear them clearly.

is there a fix for this?

Hi @Goodmarketingman, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Did you get this sorted? There are no adjustable settings on the sim or on the network side of things that control the volume. Have you a good signal and checked the volume/sound settings in your iPhone?

still having this problem, my voice cuts out during calls. 2 bars on my bt signal so I guess theirs shouldn't happen?

Hi @Goodmarketingman Do you experience the same problem if you try a different sim in the iPhone? If you need to report a fault give us a call on  0800 800 150.
