Hello
I cancelled my BT Sport account via live chat and was assured by the advisor there would be nothing to pay.
I then received an email from BT advising my final bill was ready. When I tried to access my account online it stated the account was closed and there was no bill.
Months later I received a few communications from debt collectors, which I payed as it was a tiny amount (maybe a mistake in hindsight)
I have since noted this is now a negative on my credit file. Can i please speak to someone about this as I believe I was mislead by the advisor and bt on this
