'Quote' functionality

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, a few members reported that when trying to quote a comment when replying to a post, the function was not working as expected Smiley Sad

We have raised a ticket to our supplier and after an investigation they have found a bug in the application.  Further work is required to get the quote function back up and running again.  At this time I am not sure how long this is going to take so please bear with us.  As soon as I get confirmation that this has been fixed I will let you know.

Thanks to the eagle eyed members who highlighted this problem and sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

Cheers

Sean

Re: 'Quote' functionality

Any update on this as I still get this  https://community.bt.com/t5/ADSL-Copper-broadband/BT-Broadband-Guaranteed-Minimum-Speed/m-p/1821255/...     message 16

It occurs on both Chrome and Firefox.

Presumably other users are using copy and paste when using the quote function as quotes seem to be posted normally at the moment.
