Thank you for sending in your details and for taking my call this morning. I'm sorry you've had problems setting up the Parental controls. I've made a few changes at my end that should have corrected this.

Does the BT Hub have to be configured for Parental controls to work? just a thought
Thank you for posting back, I'm sorry that didn't work. It looks like the activation of Parental Controls is stuck on the system. To get around this I deactivated them. Can you try setting them up again this evening and let me know how you get on?
I tried to switch on parental controls and got the following response
"Sorry, we coudn't turn on your BT Parental Controls. Please try again later."
