Thank you for sending in your details and for taking my call this morning. I'm sorry you've had problems setting up the Parental controls. I've made a few changes at my end that should have corrected this.

Please can you try again and let me know if the Parental Controls are working?

Does the BT Hub have to be configured for Parental controls to work? just a thought

Hi @Harks68,

Thank you for posting back, I'm sorry that didn't work. It looks like the activation of Parental Controls is stuck on the system. To get around this I deactivated them. Can you try setting them up again this evening and let me know how you get on?

I tried to switch on parental controls and got the following response

"Sorry, we coudn't turn on your BT Parental Controls. Please try again later."

I'm sorry that it hasn't been resolved for you yet. You may notice that they're showing as active right now but you you may still get the same error message. I've emailed @PaddyB so he knows what's happening. I've also emailed a team who may be able to help us.
