Hi Another Faulty BT vision Ultra box that will not record.
What can be done to fix this is this a faulty box or firmware!!!
Need help and are others having the same issue.
It lasted recorded at the end of March.

Mods a resent has not worked and thus nothing more I can do!!!
Refund ?? Paying for a service I am not getting.

you mention that a reset hasn’t worked.
Does this mean that you have completed a maintenance mode or factory reset and had no change or that the maintenance mode or factory reset itself failed.
if you have completed a maintenance mode reset which one(s) did you attempt ?
Do older preexisting recordings still play ?
Hi Carried out a factory reset.
Lost all my recordings.
Could be harddrive failing ?

The full factory reset being done would tend to rule out a corruption or problem with your schedule data. So hardware is a distinct possibility .
what happens if you attempt to pause live tv for a few minutes and then play ?
also separately what actually happens when you press the record button on the remote when watching live channel , is it simply nothing or does a message appear.
