Hello sorry to jump on this but I haven’t been sent a code to get my tech gift so I rang and a chap at by sent me a code I went to the shop and tried to order but it wont let me use that code can someone help please it’s been past 14 days now !

You need to wait 28 days after your service has been activated, you will then be sent an email with the code.

Whatever the person told you, was not correct, which is why the link was wrong, as its generated after 28 days and is unique to your order.

Hi @Louise45 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry your code isn't working. Did the BT adviser give you the link where you can place the order for the free gift?

No it was just a code and they said it was correct that u only waited 14 days it’s been 16 now but I never revived an email and the chap just send solely a code 🙂

That’s what I get but I just went to by shop I didn’t use a link
