I have two accounts appear.
The main, correct one with landline, fibre and TV.
A second, initially set up for a mobile phone but redundant because the Mobile phone didn't receive a signal ( we live in a remote part of the Cornish moors between Penzance and St. Ives. We get fttp though!!
Anyway, that redundant account has been there for the last 4 or so years.

This would be a straightforward request if you give our live care team a call on 0800 800 150. It would take us a few days to get round to picking up your case. I am suggesting giving us a call as it won't take my colleagues long to remove the obsolete account to save you having to wait for us to get back in touch.
