I’ve been struggling with this and I am still paying the £7.50 charge - it’s so frustrating. I keep having to phone up every month and get a credit for £7.50. It’s frustrating. There does not seem to be a workable solution.

I have moved you onto your own thread to avoid confusion with the OP of the thread you posted on.

Have you moved your BT Premium email onto your BT Broadband account?

Have you contacted the BT Premium Email Team 0808 100 6778  to report that you are still being billed for it?
