I wonder if you could help me in regards to my Quidco declining when it shouldn’t have. I’ve spoken to you previously before with the same problem and BT have done it yet again, which I find ridiculous. I have all of the screenshots of rates etc for what amount of cashback I should have received. Yet BT declined it for no reason.
