I joined March 12th, have paid 2 bills and it’s now been a lot longer than the 30 days post first bill no payment than mentioned in the last email I received about refer-a-friend.
I tried contacting customer service but was essentially told there’s nothing they could do and to just check the status page.
How do I sort this?
