How do I get a return bag. The site shows nothing

When you speak with a member of our Customer Services, over the phone, they should be able to send a returns kit out for you. They can be reached on 0800800150.

Alternatively, we can order this for you. It may take a bit longer for us to pick it up than calling. I'll send you a private message to give you the option of contacting us.
