I'm in the same position, I claimed the card on the 22/03/18 , the reward tracker said it was dispatched on the 29/03/18. I contacted support on the 23/04/18 and was told it takes a minimum of 30 days to max of 45 days to arrived. Despite the fact it says it's been dispatched.

I'm really sorry there has been a delay in you receiving your BT Rewards card. Unfortunately there has been a delay with our suppliers. I can see that the Rewards Card has been ordered and should arrive with in the next 30 - 45 days.
