How do you know your email account has been suspended and for how long has it been suspended?
Thanks for the prompt reply. The talk21 e-mail address I had previously linked to an old BT account stopped working in 28 February I can no longer log in using the correct details / password.
However, I have another (different) BT account and would like to get access to the talk21 e-mail account I have held for 10 years.
Any help greatly appreciated
When I attempt to add my talk21 address to my current BT account following the link you provided (using the correct details / password) it does not recognise the account
If your talk21 account was previously linked to a BT Broadband account that is no longer active it will probably have been deleted.
BT are in the process of clearing out email accounts that are not part of an current BT Broadband package or being paid for via a BT Premium Email account.
You could try calling BT 0800.800.150 and ask if they can check to see if the email account can be re-activated if it still exists and once re-activated you may be able to add it to your current BT Broadband account.
