i'm trying to join BT but so far with no joy. Every time I go to put thru my order I get the error code
Ref# CON-0067. So spoke with someone tonight and they couldn't help me but looking at others post it may be something to do with my postcode even though I've been with BT before. Trying to do it online to get the extra cash back. Any help much appreciated
Have you tried live chat?
They can usually do a lot of the things that BT will do over the phone and is usually better than waiting in queue for ages on the phone 🙂
I got this number from another part of the forum which is BT customer options and they are a UK based team 0800 800 030.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Hi @Shawgeoff Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. This error is due to an addressing issue but not always the Post Code.
When you get this error are there links for you to follow to complete an offline order journey form? If so complete this and it will get picked up and manually processed by an offline advisor.
