Afternoon ppl I have the same problem on the hh6 I have opted in downloaded the bt WiFi app and it confirms I'm opted in went into my account and opted out as per instruction on the website, deleted the bt app downloaded it again this time it confirms I'm not opted in to bt wifi does anyone know how long it will take to show on the hh6 that it's not active all this has only come about since the software update last week
