Good afternoon, I renewed my contract on 3 June by upgrading to Fibre Halo1 on 4 June. Part of the inducement was a Hub 2. No mention of Hub2 on the confirmation email, although I confirmed I would like the Hub2 on the online chat. I contacted online chat again on 4 June and I was promised a confirmation email within 24 hours re the Hub and detailed notes placed on my account. My order had been marked completed on 4 June. I haven't received confirmation email re the Hub2. I have now received an email with the new contract charges. Your help would be much appreciated.
