Return my equipment due to upgrade ?

can anyone tell me where to get a bag to return my equipment due to an upgrade ? I didn't receive it in the post and cant see it on my BT logging !!

Do a chat on the bt.com website and they will get a returns package sent out

hey thanks for the response, i tried today but couldn't get an operator as they were all busy ! was just hoping someone may know where to look in my BT - I have nothing on mine about returning kit unfortunately
