Wondering has anyone had problems receiving their reward cards mine was posted 28/03/2018 still waiting on it arriving and have emailed twice about it no response so far also BT infinity is so slow always losing connections tv box never picks up the signal constantly having to reboot the router should have stayed with Virgin 🙈
It’s an absolute joke, I’m not hopeful that this 3rd card is going to arrive either, I think it would have been here by now. They won’t do anything though until the next 30 days are up!!
