Reward Card

I have been a BT Customer for years. I recently renewed my Broadband Deal BT Halo 1 along with my landline. This was done over the phone and I’m fairly sure a reward card was mentioned.

Having checked my account online, there’s nothing other than an expired reward card, that I didn’t know I had or how to use, from a couple of years ago.
I assume once it’s gone, it’s gone?

Reward cards sent as part of a renewal are sent automatically and don't need claimed.

When was your service activated?

It would not even be processed until 14 days after your service was activated. It can then take up to 28 days for it to be sent, possibly longer, as they have to be sent manually.
