I have the same issue... registered on the 8th of Jan 2017 for BT Infinity and now only see the £100 reward card. I guess I'll register for it and hopefully get the correct amount but it's not a good start for a new customer.

I've had the same. when I signed up it was the 12th. the last day to claim the £150 reward. but my reward is saying £100. I've claimed the £100 and have sent them a query. hoping for the same result as Steve or I'll be even more annoyed. Nothing has gone right from the minute I signed up!!

My amount should be £150 instead of £100 but I can see in my BT accounts only £100 I try to contact customer service still I didn't got any reply I don't know what to do

Hi All, Sorry for the confusion over the amount showing for your BT Rewards card. 

 

Please submit your claim and all claims are checked for the offer available at that time and the correct amount of Reward card arranged.

I claimed it now and I m wating for reply from bt see what will happen:) I hope they check I bought infinity packages and they send £150 hope

I got msg in my mobile and its say bt here thanks for claiming your gbp 100 bt reward card we'll be sending it in the post shortly . So still I think they will send me wrong one ?

Hi @Vpatel415 That was most likely a confirmation of your claim being received. The Reward team wont have replied to you that quick. You will receive an email from the Reward team when they have processed your claim and let us know then if there is still an issue.
