I have the same issue... registered on the 8th of Jan 2017 for BT Infinity and now only see the £100 reward card. I guess I'll register for it and hopefully get the correct amount but it's not a good start for a new customer.
Hi @Vpatel415 That was most likely a confirmation of your claim being received. The Reward team wont have replied to you that quick. You will receive an email from the Reward team when they have processed your claim and let us know then if there is still an issue.
