Reward card not received

Hi, I claimed the reward card for £150 on 29th March, nothing has arrived. Seems to be a common problem.

Hi @lunaloomer Sorry that your reward card has not arrived yet. You can chase this up by completing This Form and the promotions team will update you on delivery of your reward card.
