Reward card

Hi Ive had my BT fiber for 3 weeks now and i still can't claim my reward card. Is this normal thank you

Sorry that you have been unable to claim your Reward Card online, you should have been able to do this after 14 days. I have sent you a private message so that we can look into this for you.
