Hi,
I purchased a BT fibre broadband package back in June and my services were activated on the 19th of June. When I placed the order on offer I was told I was eligible for an £80 BT Rewards Card, however since then nothing is showing up on the 'claim your rewards' page.
Please could anyone help? As when I have called BT they have directed me to the card issuing company, who have in turn directed me back to BT.
