SIM Card

I ordered 4 sim cards from BT as part of a family package which were received on the 22nd December. To date I have been unable to activate as BT does not recognise the fact they have processed and despatched the order so it is still showing as outstanding. I have had really poor customer service help from BT with an arrogant dismissive attitude.
