  • Selected account BT Mail Account is unavailable" I am getting this message on my ***@btinternet.com mail account all my other BT accounts are working OK. I see from other postings this seems like a known issue. can you look at it, please

@wjb2 Have you logged into the email recently? If not it's likely been deleted due to inactivity. Check out this link Why has my BT Email address been suspended or deleted for more information.
