Smart Hub 2 - Set timed wifi access for decices

Hi All,

Wondered if someone could advise? Since getting a Smart Hub 2 BT changed the way i blocked internet access at certain times. 

192.168.1.254 - Advanced - Access control
Im brought to a short list which i'd like to add more devices and times which is done via the APP now.

Go to the app - Control Access for your devices. What an absolute ball ache to find the device i want if the device name isnt obvious or its unknown. I do have the IP address for each device mind you 

However here theres a message:-
**"Youve set the maximum of 10 schedules already. To add a new schedule to this device, you'll need to delete one of the custom schedules"**

Im pretty sure ive not set any custom schedules and moving the slider anyway to pause access at night and to EDIT the time of access even though pressed does not save the request to block a device.

The old way was so much easier? Could anyone advise please? 😕

I phoned 150 broadband support on 20th June 2020 and was told there is clearly a glitch with the app on this. 

My app reads "You have set the maximum of 10 schedules already. To add a new schedule to this device you'll need to" That second sentence is incomplete on the screen and there is no option to access any schedules or delete them.

The person i spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding and assured me this would be reported up and corrected but I am still waiting to see if anything is done.

....I would add that there have been 157 view on your post to date, and 99 views on the other thread, which I would take to mean that others have been suffering with this issue, or at least that there is awareness of it beyond those posting here.

I am one of those sufferers.  Original post 8 April 2020.  Please fix this BT! I have BT Smart Hub 2 and am trying to manage access controls top selected devices via My BT App and am unable to as I get the "You have set the maximum of 10 schedules already.  To add a new schedule to this....."

I did a factory reset on the hub and that fixed it
