Still not received cashback

I placed an order through topcashback on 11th August and still haven't recieved payment...

The cashback  seems to be stuck at confirmed status...

I took out a contract through topcashback on 11th August and have still not received payment

I took out a contract through topcashback on 11th August and have still not received  payment. The transaction seems to be stuck on "confirmed"

@ambersmith96 Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, have you raised this with Topcasback yet?

They had issues tracking orders between the 8th and and 15th of August and require a claim to be made on the Topcashback website.
