Subtitles on fast forward

Hi as a deaf user, I find subtitles invaluable and when scrolling forward on a recorded programme, it would be great if they remained on (as they did with our previous provider) at the lowest 'fowarding' speed option, so that I could see how the dialogue was progressing. We haven't received our BT TV box yet, so can anyone confirm if this option is available on it? Thanks!

Hi  @Caro9697 

You may get different  experiences  depending  upon the type of recordings  you are viewing eg between those made from Freeview Channels and those from subscribed broadband channels.

For those reliant on subtitles one drawback current y is that the Now app on Youview including  BT TV boxes  doesn't  offer subtitles. The live Bt tvbox channels do and  Now apps on other devices do.
