Just rang bt to ask if I could bring forward next month's data, as I have been staying away for work due to my wife self isolating, and having to work and stay away all across the country, I have obviously been using a lot of data using facetime etc! To be told all they could do was sell me a bolt on! Pretty poor considering I pay nearly £80 a month for my bt package!!!! Another kick in the balls is that I already have unlimited broadband at home they are upgrading every package to unlimited during the outbreak I understand this but surely a bit of goodwill would go a long way? Seriously as soon as all contracts are up I'm off to sky!!
