I took out a new subscription oin late Nov 2019 through Top Cashback previously on Virgin promised £100 cashback but still no cashback Please Help

Have you raised a Missing Cashback Claim with TCB? If not please raise one with them and they should be able to resolve this for you. If you have done this already what did TCB confirm back to you?

Hi John yes i made a claim they asked for a ref number probably about March replied with all relevent info,submitted a ticket for missing Cashback sent Nudges after 8 Months Top Cashback came back and said the agent declined my claim and could i confirm that i was a New customer,which i was,confirm that i haden't change or cancelled my contract in any way,which i didn't.I am paying £40 a month on the basis of getting my £100 Cashback and i don't think it is very fair...
