Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to renew your package online. If you're aren't able to do that online you would need to give BT a call on 0800 800 150.
Thanks, yes, I did that in the end. I explained to the lady on the phone, she tried it and said I'm getting the same error! She passed me to another lady, and after lots of question I managed to get the renewal done.
