UKTV Play not working 13-9-20

Hi, 

UKTV app not working, 

App loads ok, but when trying to load a TV show is hangs at the adverts and just keeps playing adverts

I have tried unplugging the power, I have updated the software and I performed a factory reset but to none of these worked

Any advice would be appreciated

Apparently it's a problem on all UKTV apps, not just the BTTV box, which are currently being looked into.
